Verosol has been founded in 1965 by shipbuilder Cornelis Verolme. He is the inventor of solar shading curtains. Through a unique metallising process, whereby a thin layer of aluminium is applied on a Verosol fabric, sunlight and heat are reflected, while the view through the fabric is retained.

Currently the Verosol Group consists of six subsidiary companies with a total of more than 300 employees, these being Verosol Australia, Verosol Iberica, Verosol Mexico, Verosol Asia, Verosol Nederland and Verosol Fabrics. All operate under the brand name Verosol and provide the design, production and sale of premium, functional interior solar shading.

Verosol is the ultimate specialist in customised solutions where light control and climate control are essential. The Verosol products distinguish themselves through the combination of contemporary design and the high reflection and transmission values of the unique metallised Verosol fabric. The Verosol products (pleated blinds, roller blinds, panels, venetian blinds and curtains) are suitable for almost any conceivable window construction.
